Do you love April? I love April.....April brings an abundance of springtime everywhere you look.......wildflowers blooming along the roadside........new buds forming on the trees.........early morning dew on the grass.............longer evenings with sunlight.......I even breathe deeper in the springtime.
We were eating dinner outside Saturday night, and Todd said, "do you notice you only hear birds at night in the springtime?" We have beautiful gray doves building nests in our Yucca tree near the pool, they make such a lovely coo'ing sound!
So how do we celebrate springtime in SoCal? The girls spent the night Saturday and the first thing they wanted to do Sunday morning was jump in the pool.....yes total craziness. you did not see me getting in, that's for sure!!!! Water NOT heated!

To jump or not to jump, that is the question.......
I can't even being to imagine how cold it must be......brrrrrrr!
Even Mr. Finn entered the water...just a tad bit more cautious!!
The best part of an early morning dip in freezing springtime pool water..............a hot, hot, hot bath with cousins!!! Mr. Finn is a lucky little boy!!! I just need Todd to upgrade our tub to Jacuzzi size!!! Here's to April
