VOTE FOR KIRRA G FOR 6TH GRADE USB

The power of voting, how appropriate during the campain for a new president that Kirra Gustafson chose to run for 6th Grade ASB. Uncle Todd and Aunt Tiffiney were elected to assist in trying to secure Kirra's place on Roosevelt's Middle School ASB. Wednesday after school, Uncle Todd picked up Kirra and Kayla to begin the campaign......upon arrival at Finn's home, Kirra and I placed labels on 180 popcorn balls. The labels read "VOTE for Kirra G for 6th Grade USB". We then headed off to Grandpa Roberts office for his involvement in making the perfect T-shirt transfers, from there we headed to T-Shirt Mart in downtown Oceanside to pick out cute shirts and have the transfers applied professionally. Kirra, Kayla and Finn..........campaign is looking good!!!

June 2008 - Del Mar Fair 1st Visit.......

Our first trip of 2008 to the Del Mar Fair started with Finn's first concert, which happened to be a Reggae Festival, featuring Steel Pulse, a favorite of Todd and Tiffs. I think Finn enjoyed the popcorn more than the music....what do you think? Our seats

June 2008 - DEL MAR FAIR 2nd Trip

Our second trip to the Del Mar Fair was with Grandma Cher, Grandpa, Aunt Devon, Tiago, Lukas, Julianna and Drew. Much fun was to be had......from carousels to goats. Finn riding his King Arthur horse.......

It began with a beautiful June sunset, not sure now who's idea it was first, but once it was out there we knew it was the perfect Twilight evening for S'mores. We called Aunt Devon and Grandma Violet to see if they wanted to come share our fire and S'mores.....of course they were available....and so the night unfolds........ Fathers Day - June 2008

Fathers Day was a typical Sunny SoCal Day in June.....we had lunch at my home first and then headed off to the Scripps Aquarium in La Jolla. Perfect Day had by all.....Devon and I bought matching turle earrings...

As most of you are aware Finn started Big Boy School in May at Carlsbad Montessori. Soon after he started they were preparing for end of year extravaganza!!!! He performed the Chicken Dance, he even painted his own costume. Wish you could have seen it.

Oh how little Avea looks....so glad we actually got to meet her. She is being held by her Aunt Amber.
